The Quality Policy of KAPCO|VALTEC:
To plan, execute, and review everything we do to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

KAPCO|VALTEC has established a fabrication inspection system that is FAA approved under FAR Part 21.303 (h). Our system is designed to ensure that each part conforms to its approved design data and is safe for installation on type-certificated products.

In 1972 with McDonnell Douglas and in 1974 with Lockheed-Martin, KAPCO entered into licensing agreements to provide spare parts support to the aviation marketplace. These agreements grant KAPCO the right to use the approved design data under the applicable type certificates.

In June 2000, KAPCO entered into a licensing agreement with Honeywell to provide seal product spare parts support to the entire aviation aftermarket. These seals are shipped under Honeywell Engines and Systems direct ship authority or are recognized standard parts.

You can be assured that all KAPCO|VALTEC modification and replacement parts are:

• Manufactured to the original type design
• Identified with reference to the original type design part numbers
• Supported and maintained through cognizant engineering by the Original Type Certificate Holders

KAPCO|VALTEC currently holds FAA-PMA on over 40,000 licensed products.

In May, 2001 Ball Glide Products of Anaheim, CA joined KAPCO and provided top quality manufacturing capabilities to our host of services. Ball Glide Products relocated to the Brea facility in 2002 and has enhanced our capabilities, providing value, and serving our customers needs.

In August, 2003 Valtec Aircraft Supply of Ivoryton, CT. joined KAPCO and enhanced our commitment to become the #1 choice provider of aircraft parts in the industry. With the combining of our product lines, KAPCO|Valtec is able to provide our customer’s with a larger variety of products and services, while maintaining and building customer relationships.

In 2006, KAPCO|VALTEC quality system has been unified under a corporate umbrella, and we have combined our documentation into a single Corporate Quality Manual. All entities have adopted the quality policy, and we will continue to integrate our processes and improve quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
